25 weeks away

Wow thats gone fast.

Andrea from Scrapbookoutlet is on board again and will be bringing the shop. Last camp there were lots of amazing goodies that none of us Dunedin girls had seen.

33 Weeks to go

Did a quick check today and its only 33 weeks.
The list of those coming is almost complete.
Ours numbers will be between 26 and 28. As we will have to bring tables we are happy with the slight reduction.
I will start emailing companys for sponsorship shortly.

Two Weeks.....Email Coming

Hi All,
Check Your inboxes over weekend.

Day Scrappers

Since we began advertising the camp we've had quite a few requests about space for day scrappers - but we decided early on that the preference would go to people who would commit to a whole weekend (as it can be a little disruptive having people just come for part of a camp).

We still seem to be having requests about whether it's possible to just pop out for a day or part of a day and unfortunately the answer is no. The hall is not huge and there wont be any table space for day scrappers. Also the camp site would charge us to have day visitors so we are unable to cater for visitors this time around.

If we do another camp we will consider having day scrappers/visitors space but unfortunately this time it is not possible. However thanks to those who have enquired about this option.

5 weeks

wow time has flown. We are doing final planning.
Another email will go out shortly with details of how get there, camp contact numbers and my cell phone number .

I have booked Mark into creeche for the next few Tuesdays so we can make packs, buy food and cook.

So much for posting Fridays.
Lots has happened this week.
A parcel from Up to Scrap and the first from Scrap Book Outlet. Naomi has started making packs.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Hi All,
Well not quite the update I promised but with only 3 months to go.......
Naomi and I are getting together to finalise alot of the organisation this Sunday.
We are going to sort out the final price, meals and the etcs LOL.
2 people have paid and one is paying off.If any of you want to start making payments feel free to email me and will forward bank details .
Payment is due by the 1st March.
Cant wait to meet you all and spend a whole weekend away(in 22 years of children I have only had 6 or 7 nights childless so I will be a tad excited).
